Mondays 6:00-7:00 PM  –YogaLates Strength – The best of both worlds, PLUS! Plus, we add some strength training with hand weights.  Flowing stretch movements of yoga while still keeping controlled core movements of Pilates, PLUS weights works for more muscle toning making this a super full body workout.  This class will leave you feeling energized yet relaxed, while you strengthen, tone, tighten, and firm the body.
 

Tuesdays 9:30-10:15am – Chair Yoga Strength and Stability  This 45-minute chair-based class will provide a mix of upper and lower-body exercises to keep and improve strength in bones and muscles for better functional movement and stability. Done in and out of the chair focusing on weight-bearing exercises utilizing hand-held dumbells in addition to own body weights. Modifications are offered where needed.

Wednesday

11:45am -12:30pm   Wellness Wednesdays This session incorporates a gentle blend of movements to help in bettering the four pillars of good physical wellness: Balancing, Strengthening, Flexing, and Endurance challenges including Meditation, and more. 

6-7:00pm – Moon Salutations/Chandra Namaskar
Welcome in the night and prepare for a good night’s rest. A Vinyasa-based Flow, stretch, wring out the day’s tension, and get the mind and body ready for the moon’s magic, and sleep’s renewal.  This practice helps you to cool down, rejuvenate and relax. Ideal in the evening to allow yourself to experience each posture through longer holds, and stretches.
