Meditation Series (March)


The term meditation  can refer to any process that leads you to inner state of relaxed awareness.

In this 4 week series we will work with various techniques of meditation that can be used as tools to assist in focusing and quieting the mind.   – And no worries, there is no right or wrong way to do this.

7:30PM– 8:30PM Mondays in March.       Begins March 8th 2021.
