Sometimes it just has to be your way, on your time in order to capture every detail and benefit, and truly enjoy that ā€œme timeā€, whether alone, with that special someone, your besties, or co-workers.

Private Yoga Session

Private Sessions are an invaluable tool for students of all levels and experience. Private lessons provide the perfect setting to address your goals and work on areas of individual interest.
Currently private sessions are offered in studio, your home or place of business. A private session allows for a more intimate view into your practice. Itā€™s your own private practice and you can tailor it any way you need.

Some areas of Focus for private sessions can include:

  • Foundational yoga/pilates postures and knowledge for Beginners: By offering a safe space to learn without any discomfort or intimidation allows the new practitioner an ease so as to learn and feel comfortable going into any class anywhere shortly thereafter.
  • Therapeutic Yoga for injuries, specific conditions and concerns:  Learn how to work with the body you have.
  • Introduction and cultivation of a Meditation Practice:  Learn why and what it takes to become more of what you desire.
  • Mental and Emotional support:  Yoga can help to alleviate the symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, ADD, sleep and eating disorders
  • Body awareness and improved body image:  Self confidence can take us to new heights!
  • Address specific health/lifestyle goals:  Gotta have goals!

Private Thai Yoga Bodywork Session

A dynamic and sacred Ā body-work based on yogic practices, appeared in the temples of Thailand 2500 years ago.

In this unique healing system the practitioner guides the client through a series of stretches similar to what one might feel doing yoga postures, while palming and thumbing along the body’s energy (‘Sen’) lines and pressure points. Together these actions result in a comprehensive full-body treatment that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, boosts the immune system, and balances the body energetically.

Thai Yoga Bodywork is performed on a floor mat, both client and partitioner are fully dressed in comfortable clothing to allow for ease of movement and flexibility. No oils or lotions are used. Ā Adjustments are to the individual’s personal range and comfort.
