MONDAY 7 -8 PM MOON SALUTATION /Chandra NamaskarYoga: This practice helps you to cool down, rejuvenate and relax. We move alongside the long part of the mat versus forward and back as in Sun Salutations. Ideal in the evening to allow yourself to experience each posture through longer holds, and stretches. Flow, stretch, wring out the day’s tension, and get the mind and body ready for the moon’s magic, and sleep’s renewal.

YogaLates Strength Yogalates – The best of both worlds, PLUS! Plus, because we add some strength training with hand weights. Flowing stretch movements of yoga while still keeping controlled core movements of Pilates, PLUS weights works for more muscle toning makes this a super full body workout. This class will leave you feeling energized yet relaxed, while you strengthen, tone, tighten, and firm the body.
