This course is designed to help anyone become more flexible. The method is an effective, simple, self-treatment practice that not only helps you identify the areas in your body that are your personal hot-spots for pain and injury, but also guides you through how to methodically overcome problem areas and limitations.
This course integrates several techniques including: yoga poses, self-massage, myofascial release techniques, and stretching methods that aim to heal and strengthen your body against pain caused by muscle tightness

Wednesdays 7:00PM-8:00PM MAT PILATES: Primarily done on the floor. A body conditioning routine that seeks better coordination and control of the body while building strength and sculpting the core or "powerhouse", without adding muscle bulk. Thursdays 7:15AM-7:45AM YOGALATES EXPRESS: The Best of both Worlds. A blend of the meditative flow and the breathing techniques of yoga, with the controlled movements of Pilates will leave you feeling energized yet relaxed while you strengthen, tone, tighten, and firm the body.
