Mondays 7-8 PM
YogaLates Strength Yogalates – The best of both worlds, PLUS! Plus, because we add some strength training with hand weights. Flowing stretch movements of yoga while still keeping controlled core movements of Pilates, PLUS weights works for more muscle toning makes this a super full body workout. This class will leave you feeling energized yet relaxed, while you strengthen, tone, tighten, and firm the body.
Tuesdays 7:30-8:3o PM (In-Person only)
FIT-FUN-DANCE! Our newest collaboration with “The Subway Studio” located in Rego Park. Come dance it off with various music genres. Have fun and burn those calories! This class formats fast and slow rhythms throughout and ends with a cool down and stretch. Come ready to sweat in this mid-impact cardio class, bring a water bottle and of course, your great attitude!

Yoga Wellness Wednesday:
This session incorporates a gentle blend of movements to help in bettering the four pillars of good physical wellness: Balancing, Strengthening, Flexing, and Endurance challenges including Meditation, and more.
Thursdays 7 -8 PM (Begins June23rd)
Vinyasa Yoga:
In this practice, you coordinate the breath with your physical movement and flow. Ideal in the evening to allow yourself to experience each posture through longer holds, and stretches. Flow, stretch, wring out the day’s tension, and get the mind and body ready for a good night’s rest and sleep’s renewal.

Good Morning! Get up and get it done! Breath, Stretch, Flex with the best of both worlds- Yoga and Pilates! A blend of the meditative flow and breathing techniques of yoga, and the controlled movements of Pilates will leave you feeling energized yet relaxed, while you strengthen, tone, tighten, and firm the body. Say good morning to the Sun and get the weekend started right!
