Thursdays 7:15AM-7:45AM YOGALATES EXPRESS: The best of both worlds! A blend of the meditative flow and the breathing techniques of yoga, with the controlled movements of Pilates will leave you feeling energized yet relaxed while you strengthen, tone, tighten, and firm the body.
