>5:30 – 6:30PM – Moon Salutations/ Chandra Namaskar:
Welcome in the night and prepare for a good night’s rest. A Vinyasa-based Flow,
stretch, wring out the day’s tension, and get the mind and body ready for the moon’s magic, and sleep’s renewal. This practice helps you to cool down, and relax. Ideal in the evening to allow yourself to experience each posture through longer holds, and stretches.
Vinyasa Yoga: A Vinyasa practice will encourage the exploration of your physical body, while using the breath to connect the mind and body. This style allows for a lot of variety, expect movement, stretching, and balancing.
Tuesdays:
>5:30-6:30PM –DanceALates:
“When you get a choice to sit it out or dance –DANCE!!!”
Stepping it up and dancing it out! Blow off your stress, sweat, and get your sexy on! Move to different genres of music-mostly Latin. Low-Medium impact, and be ready to sweat! Bring a small towel and water.
Wednesdays:

A great choice for your brunch today! Touch upon the four pillars of good physical fitness, Strength, Flexibility, Endurance, and Balance. Did, and done in 45 minutes!
>5:30 – 6:30PM Warrior Strong Yoga:
This all-in-one power hour offers *Strength Training with hand weights, in addition to the weight-bearing movement and postures of Yoga, along with the added blend of stretches for flexibility. This session will take you on your way to a stronger, toner, and firmer body – Warrior Strong!
Thursdays:
>5:30-6:30PM YogaLatesYogalates/Core Yoga:
The best of both worlds! A blend of the meditative flow and breathing techniques of yoga, and the controlled movements of Pilates will leave you feeling energized yet relaxed, while you strengthen, tone, tighten, and firm the body.

A body conditioning routine that seeks better coordination and control of the body while building strength and sculpting the core or “powerhouse”, without adding muscle bulk . Practice regularly for better posture, firmer abdomen, legs and buttocks!

>9:30-10:30am: Mat Pilates
>11:00-12pm: Tween Yoginis (11-13 year olds)
