Welcome in the night and prepare for a good night’s rest. A Vinyasa-based Flow,
stretch, wring out the day’s tension, and get the mind and body ready for the moon’s magic, and sleep’s renewal. This practice helps you to cool down, and relax. Ideal in the evening to allow yourself to experience each posture through longer holds, and stretches as you prepare for the week ahead, cool calm, and collected.
Tuesdays:
>3:30 -4:30 – Chair Yoga
A great mind-body exercise that is accessible to all.It is especially beneficial for people with mobility challenges, by utilizing the chair for physical support and/or psychological comfort. Everyone from the young to the young at heart can benefit from this wonderful yoga modality to gain strength, flexibility, balance and endurance.Older adults also report additional benefits, such as stretching painful muscles, and improving circulation. Most of the exercises are done while sitting, leaning, or holding onto a chair. This is a great way to practice yoga for all!
Wednesdays:

A great choice for your yummy brunch! Get your four, of good physical fitness in, that is; Strength, Flexibility, Endurance, and Balance. Did, and done in just 45 minutes!
>5:30 – 6:30PM- Warrior Strong Yoga:
This all-in-one power hour offers *Strength Training with hand weights, in addition to the weight-bearing movement and postures of Yoga, along with the added blend of stretches for flexibility. This session will take you on your way to a stronger, toner, and firmer body – Warrior Strong!
Thursdays:
>6:30-7:30PM YogaLates/Core Yoga:
The best of both worlds!A blend of the meditative flow and breathing techniques of yoga, and the controlled movements of Pilates will leave you feeling energized yet relaxed, while you strengthen, tone, tighten, and firm the body.
Fridays:
>3:30-4:30PM – Mat Pilates: A body conditioning routine that seeks better coordination and control of the body while building strength and sculpting the core or “powerhouse”, without adding muscle bulk . Practice regularly for better posture, firmer abdomen, legs and buttocks!
>5:00-6:00PM – Gentle Yoga: This class consists of stretches and postures on the floor that calm the sympathetic nervous system; helpful in distressing mind and body as well as easing those achy joints and muscles.
Saturdays:
>8:00-9:00am – Sun Salutations/Surya Namaskar
Welcome in the weekend with your salute to the Sun. A Vinyasa -based flow linking breath and movement to get you energized and going. Get your asana in, and done! Then go make it a great weekend ahead!
